• Coordinate and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders e.g. aftersales workshop on Porsche refurbishment process (i.e. 111 pt. check) to ensure all pre-owned Porsches meet the stringent requirements for Porsche Approved Warranty.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching as well as foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, customer excitement and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, standards and company policies. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and tactics.

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
• 5-8 years of working experience in the Automotive industry
• Experience in leading a pre-owned car operations team in the automotive industry, preferably with high-end brands.
• Proven track record of success in pre-owned car sales
• A team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A valid class 3 driving license and clean driving record
