Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or other Life Science.
• Minimum 10 years of laboratory experience plus 8 years supervisory or management experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Prior supervisor experience managing several direct reports preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume working environment.
• Knowledge and experience with molecular histology and techniques, including immunohistochemistry, FISH, histology sample preparation and processing (i.e. sectioning, staining)
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of CAP, ISO15189 accreditation and HCSA regulations.
• Understanding of laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures
• Proven ability to problem solving/troubleshooting and provide solutions under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing employees who oversee the delivery of workplace experience services. Examples of services include Reception, Meeting & Event Management, Facilities Management, Renovation Project Management, and administrative office duties. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Other than a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

•    Execute and contribute to Singapore geospatial production road maps as well as commercializing innovation and improving product development practices, go-to-market product strategies. 
•    Develop a deep understanding of business model of location-based products and objectives, aligning product business cases, product strategy and roadmaps for large, strategic products or small sets of products throughout their life-cycle, including phases of high volatility
•    Responsible for end-to-end accountability for the entire portfolio for products and drive a product strategy and roadmap aligned with broader organizational strategies, deeply engaging with other disciplines at a leadership level to ensure expected business outcomes. 
•    Engage directly with industry partners, customers, combining their input with insight into markets to define and prioritized product requirements

[What we are looking for]

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in, Business, Marketing or related fields
•    5- 8 years relevant working experience in product management, preferably in technology/software industry 
•    Strong track record of developing product management processes, product policies and achieving KPIs (quality, lifecycle, product marketing metrics)
•    Knowledge and/or understanding of geospatial and Location-Based services will be beneficial, though not mandatory

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a small but dynamic team within EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications division, focused on public communications to enhance EDB’s corporate reputation, positively shape perceptions of industries that EDB nurtures, and convey to local audiences the impact of EDB’s work on the Singapore economy and jobs. You will craft content and implement ideas for amplifying EDB’s work across a range of social media platforms to generate brand visibility and marketing leads, and also to drive audience growth and community engagement in Singapore and globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

• Write effective social posts/ads in an authentic voice for EDB that grab attention and engage platform users.

• Create social content across static and animated formats including carousel posts, document ads and short-form videos (IG Reels, IG Stories)

• Run social media campaigns to build an engaged community and nurture brand ambassadors

• Provide onsite support at events including capturing video content

• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly, including managing the social media calendar; scheduling posts using social media management tools; ensuring the final published posts are properly rendered within each platform’s specifications; and community management

[What we are looking for]

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be: 

• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, with an understanding of integrated campaign planning across channels

• Strong interest in social media, with excellent writing skills

• Experience in content creation, creative design and experience running campaigns across different platforms

• Knowledge and experience with video content creation, including writing, producing, and editing video productions using software such as Premiere Pro and CapCut

• Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics
