a) To report to the Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart. He/she is responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

i) Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants to resolve technical issues prior to construction.

ii) Submit to superior for feedback and concurrence on short or medium-term programmes and execute the works according to the detailed programme.

iii) Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements. Managing the works with excellent housekeeping is a key focus.

iv) For quality management, the engineer is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

v) Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.

vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Mininum 2 - 5 years' experience working in construction industry

- Have experience with HDB projects

1. Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.

2. Responsible for the management of assigned projects

3. Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning within budget and delivery schedule commitments.

4. Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects.

5. To liaise with Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims.

6. Monitor of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project’s budget.

7. Ensure all the equipment for each project are duly accounted for and all relevant documentations are in place.

8. Respond to and manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.

9. Preferable related experience in Fire Protection

Responsibilities:

Attend to customers enquiry and conduct site survey as required

Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers

Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules

Coordinate goods delivery with suppliers and store as required

Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project

Liaise with customers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc.

Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule

Prepare monthly project report to the Project Manager / Customers

Co-ordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

9. Inform Global Principal of all project and employee-related issue that require their immediate attention.

10. Participate in studio discussions that relate to project strategies, billing status, staffing requirements, business development and recruiting efforts.

11. Activity participates in the Business Development and Public Relations efforts of the firm whenever and wherever possible.

12. Participate in maintaining relationships with existing clients and nurture relationships with potential new clients.

13. Participate in the establishment and maintenance of design standards for the film.

Requirements:

About the role:

The finance manager is the CEO’s partner in controlling the business’ financial health. They approach problem-solving in a constructive way and find innovative solutions for the CEO and leadership team. This is much more than just the ability to crunch numbers and produce accurate financial reports. The finance manager needs to possess the analytical ability and know-how to look at those numbers and really understand what the data is saying, then communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in.

Practically this will involve reporting, analysis and business operations intel in a constructive manner to ensure:

• Finance Leadership

This role essentially heads the finance department. As such, the roles include the plan to invest in and up-skill the finance team, communicating what changes are needed and why.

• Finance Communication

This includes ongoing heads-up of issues that arise, as they arise, through to the CEO and LT for a ‘no surprises’ approach. Communication needs to be more than just reports. Finance needs to sit with the CEO to explain reports and close out on open matters. This also includes creating a strong and positive relationship with TSC investors through active engagement as required.

• Weekly cashflows

High level at least 3 months out. These should be updated each week for things that change (this will mainly be on the revenue side as new deals drop in or receipt timing changes, but expenses should be very predictable). They will include relevant items such as what ageing A/R look like and run-way based on current spending and be accompanied each week by a quick meeting summarising: what’s changed, what the LT need to know, and what are the recommended actions.

• Monthly Reporting Package

Comparison of actual to budget – month and YTD, with analysis and commentary of variances, what we need to do to turn it around. This also includes an updated FY forecast by P&L, cash flow and Balance Sheet, and details of other projects underway (i.e. audit, tax return, Brazil status) and be produced within 5 days from the end of the month (or faster).

This should be formally closed each month with no changes in previous periods – i.e. any changes relating to the past are changed in the current period to avoid losing track of these. This must be accompanied each month with a meeting to run through the key points for the month and the future.

• SaaS-based Reporting

This is tied to and forms part of the Monthly Reporting Package. It should be accompanied by relevant analysis, such as if we adopt a full IFRS (audit) compliant approach for monthly reporting and what other statistics and measures you suggest we provide investors.

Operations and controls

This includes accounting, bookkeeping tasks, managing SKUs and AR and AP in partnership with other team members, managing the audit process, budgeting and budgeting controls.

You will manage a team (3-5 engineers) of engineers in Electrical & Electronics Design in Sustenance Engineering for existing production products.  You will coach engineers in effort estimations and influence in team to make right decisions to achieve good competitive products.  You will report to Hardware Engineering Manager.

We will collaborate with Business and Product Management teams in product and technology road-mapping, estimating future resource capacity needs and competencies, and identifying what modern technologies would be attained.  You will monitor quarterly performances and lead improvement efforts in design capabilities and processes whenever the need arises.  You will still do technical activities in parallel with management activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

1. Diploma in F&B/Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
2. Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar environment
3. Accustomed to and comfortable with media exposure
4. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
5. Highly organised with strong analytic and communication skills

Job Overview

A coordinator of guest services and as ‘eyes’ and ears’ of the management, duties will include the welcoming of all VIP guests, soliciting for feedback, addressing service and product issues and looking into the general well-being of our guests. The Duty Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to guests. Visibility will be a key feature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Front Office Manager in setting up the Front Office training tools such as job descriptions, standards and procedures, and training plans as a guideline for the Front Office operation.

HR Functions

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including:

Recruitment & Selection

· Drive the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent

Compensation & Benefits

· Design competitive compensation packages and optimise benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction

Learning & Development

· Develop and implement learning programs and opportunities for employee growth, promoting continuous improvement

Performance Management

Administration Functions

· Act as a mentor by providing advice and direction on improving administrative processes and handling complex situations, ensuring smooth office management at all times

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration

· At least 5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in the FinTech Industry

· A self-starter with the ability to take initiative, think strategically, and drive change within the organisation

· Demonstrated success in building and automating HR and administrative processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
