Job responsibilities:
· Assist with day-day operations in Administrative and HR department.
· Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
· Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, promotion, etc.
· Ensure timely verification of timesheets and submission of payroll, CPF, Tax clearance, etc.
· Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity and insurance claims, etc.
· Handle clearance for resignation/termination/dismissal.
· Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records.
· Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree
· Hands-on experience with Infotec HRMS
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at
various levels, in both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities
· Resourceful and possess strong initiative to drive changes
· Ability to work independently as well as be active team members within and across the HR team.
· At least 5 years of HR working experience
