Senior Executive, Treasury (12 month contract)

The Role

This position will be supporting the Treasury team in digital transformation projects, particularly in Bank Connect System (Bank Data Connectivity and Payment process) and Treasury ERP System upgrade/ maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions with stakeholders and vendors on understanding the processes and project plans.
• Assisting in the migration and maintenance of the Bank Connect-ERP system master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any UAT defects with stakeholders for project to Go-live.
• Report, document the UAT results and carry out investigations to resolve issues and errors.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintain consistent strong operational relationships.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / Corporate Finance / Economics or its equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in treasury.
• Candidates with prior knowledge in SAP Treasury module will have an advantage.
• Meticulous and committed team player with excellent communication skills, has initiative and good work ethics.

Position Overview

As a HR & Admin Executive, you play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of HR and Admin operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process by working with hiring managers on job descriptions, advertising job ads on various platforms, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.

Compliance: Ensure practices are compliance to local labor and manpower regulations.

Compensation and Benefits: Supporting in the administration of benefits administration.

Employee Onboarding: Handle staff onboarding / offboarding matters including orientation of staff, liaising with IT on creation of access, setting up of workstation, issuance of laptop and office access card.

Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement activities (Team Building, Office Lunches, Year End Party, Birthdays)

Employee Relations: Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters. Support in handling employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

HR Administration: Check staff medical and expenses reimbursement via Concur System. Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance. Preparation of HR related documentations.

HR Technology (HRIS): Maintaining and updating employee records, leave management and generating reports in HRIS system (UKG)

Learning & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate the training development programs for employees, this includes enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record and training budget.

Performance Management: Assist in the yearly appraisal exercise and proactively monitor on the progress.

Office Management: Updating company organization chart, seating plan and telephone directory. Ordering of pantry of stationery and pantry items, business card and other office supplies.

Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts with service providers. Follow up on contract renewals.

Facilities management: Coordinate regular servicing for pest control, fire extinguisher, cleaning services.

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

· Experienced in office management & administration. Learning opportunity will be given to those without HR experience.

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field.

· Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.

· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks.

· Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite

· Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and organize customer visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales target
• Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing/new customers
• Develop sales and marketing strategies with action plan to penetrate into new markets
• Source and develop new customer accounts and expand business opportunities
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and keep abreast of latest market development
• Preparation of proposals, tenders and quotations based on project requirements and close monitoring of project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of M&E working experience in building/construction industry
• Must be bilingual abilities with strong skills in multiple languages to liaise with relevant counterparts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
• Good in documentation, presentation, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess own vehicle would be an added advantage
• Willing to travel to various job sites

Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle the full cycle of sales activities of commercial properties (e.g. source and secure prospective tenants, manage occupancies with new and renewal leases)
• Conduct site viewings with prospective tenants and participant in the negotiation of the offers
• Engage in networking sessions to build and maintain good relationship with tenants
• Collect and analyze market data on competitors and other projects
• Conduct presentations (e.g. market updates)
• Develop sales strategies and manage sales budget and expenditures
• Prepare periodical reports for Senior Management
• Prepare, monitor, follow-up and proper documentation of sales related documents
• Work with Lawyers on legal documentations
• Handle all sales, leasing and tenancy enquiries and requests (e.g. pre-termination, novation, renewals, complaints) relating to the projects
• Work closely with in-house teams and tenants to provide sales related support for the project
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate or any related field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience and knowledge of regulations in real estate development would be an added advantage
• Proven track record in office sales and leasing
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and tenant relationship management skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment

Business Development Executive (Tech Sector)

Location: Primary: Benoi, Secondary: Newton

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Up to S$ 6,000
• Performance Bonus (~3 months)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new accounts and qualifying new inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Run customer calls to qualify potential opportunities and set introductory meetings for the Sales team
• Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification and lead scoring

Requirements:

• Prior experience in pipeline building and lead qualification (Ability to drive revenue and expand client relationships in areas such as automation, robotics, and software solutions for industrial applications)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions
