Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
ā¢ Assist with invoicing, account reconciliations, and tracking expenses ā¢ Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
ā¢ Manage petty cash and support month-end closing processes
HR Administration:
ā¢ Maintain employee records, leave management, and assist with payroll processing
ā¢ Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
ā¢ Help manage employee benefits and address staff inquiries
Purchasing & Procurement:
ā¢ Manage office supplies and vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and placing orders ā¢ Track inventory and ensure timely reordering of materials and supplies
ā¢ Oversee deliveries and follow up with suppliers on pending orders
Documentation & Reporting:
ā¢ Prepare and manage contracts, reports, and company documentation
ā¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
ā¢ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents
Requirements:
ā¢ Educational Background:Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
ā¢ Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or HR role
ā¢ Experience in procurement or vendor management is a plus
ā¢ Fresh grads are welcomed to apply too
ā¢ Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
ā¢ Strong organizational and time management skills
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
