We are currently recruiting :
Executive Assistant to Singapore the Directors/Associate Dean is crucial to plan and organize the activities of the Directors/Associate Dean. As close collaborator, the Executive Assistant will also support in specific activities related to the Directors/Associate Deanās departments.
Main tasks:
1. Plan and organize the Directors/Associate Deanās activities.
2. Provide administrative support to the Directors/Associate Dean by performing general administrative duties as answering phones, drafting letters/emails, data entry, monitoring appointments, drafting reports, etc.
3. Keeping the Directors/Associate Dean agenda updated, organizing travels and internal and external events linked to the Directors/Associate Dean activities.
4. Interface with stakeholders and act as an entry point for all internal and external requests for information and representation.
5. Solve various problems related to stakeholders (e.g. students and collaborators).
6. Ensure the link with VIPs and their welcome.
7.Building and maintaining good relationships with all contacts (internally and externally).
8. Support when requested the Directors/Associate Deanās department.
