Administrative Support:

• Aid the Support Operator/Marine Superintendent in the upkeep and revision of the HSSEQ management system.

Job Description:

• Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and create suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations

Job Requirements:

On behalf of our client we are looking for a full time Account Executive.

Working Hours : Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6pm

office now is at Toh Guan Rd E, and will relocate to Defu South in June 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of accounting

• Responsible for GST filling within submission deadline

• Responsible to liaise with auditor to finalize the yearly financial statement

• Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments, payroll and bank reconciliation

• Assisting the financial management team with credit control processes, budget planning, and expense analysis.

• Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.

• Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team to optimize workflow.

• Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.

• Managing changes of staff members' financial information if needed.

• Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring that client accounts are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Diploma, equivalent or higher with relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• A minimum of 2 year's experience working as a financial assistant.

• Working knowledge of accounting software, such as Million accounting software

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.

• Excellent analytical skills and financial prowess.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• REQUIRED: Class 3 Driver’s License (Auto or Manual) (You will be required to drive our company vans)
