Your major responsibilities as a HR Master Data Specialist/HCM โ HR IT will be maintaining the entry & exit of employee via SAP system (PH1). Responsible for the following module via SAP HCM (PH1).

Minor points:
Update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and internal databases, such as holiday and leave administration. You will act as the first port of call to our employees for all HR related queries. As a priority, HR administrators will handle the full spectrum of HR operations activities. Core responsibilities include employee documentation, contracts, letters, payroll administration, recruitment & onboarding & starter packs etc. A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key. Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary, including helping with travel arrangements at time.
Other Responsibilities & Duties
ยท You are the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
ยท Forming and maintaining employee records
ยท Managing Monthly headcount reporting
ยท Maintaining and SAP PH1 updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
ยท Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
ยท New hire Contract generation
ยท HR Letters for employees
ยท Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
ยท Communicating with external partners
ยท Headcount Reporting
ยท Responsible for administering the monthly Payroll process & claims.
ยท Off-Boarding & Income Taxation matters
ยท Reviewing expiry dates for work-pass for foreigners in the region.
ยท Visa Processing for visiting visa application
ยท Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
ยท Filing of PFiles
ยท Processing employee claims
ยท Previous HR ops/admin experience is essential, but not necessarily within the HR sector.
ยท Being organised and able to prioritise is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business.
Qualifications & Skills
ยท Experience as a HR administrator, HR IT (SAP HCM)
ยท Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS, SAP (PH1), FIORI
ยท Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.
ยท Good understanding of labour laws
ยท Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
ยท Interpersonal with good communicative skills
ยท Demonstrates Proactivity with Good behavior
ยท Strong internal customer service orientation
ยท Results-focussed
ยท Attention to detail & Flexible
ยท Organised and resourceful
ยท Requires 5 years of relevant experience ideally SAP -HCM
ยท Bachelorโs degree/Diploma (any 4 years course but with deep relevant experience in HR & SAP HCM module)
