Roles & Responsibilties

• Monitor closely on AP, AR and Daily cash collection
• Prepare timely weekly/monthly Inventory Check & Variance report
• Reconciliation of bank/vendor/customer accounts, profit & loss, balance sheet reports
• Responsible for the quarterly GST submission report
• Preparation of audit schedules, liaise with auditor for yearly audit.
• Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system.
• Overseeing the finance team & financial activities of the Company.
• Assist from time to time in administrative & ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounting Department
• Experience in handling transactions and/or accounts of food Manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficient in using MS Office and SAP would be preferred
• Organized, team player, Initiative & possesses good working attitude.
