Job Description:
- Coordinate daily Sales activities and Sales Section’s day-to-day activities, give guidance, and assign tasks to subordinates.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and the company and prepare necessary documentations
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations
- Coordinate, arrange, and attend face-to-face meeting with customer where necessary. This will include overnight and overseas trip.
- Coordinate with internal and all external parties, such as QA, Logistics, and external distributors, for sales/delivery arrangements and other sales related matters.
- Track and report sales status and forecast through using trend charts, analysing forecasts received from customers, gathering market and customer information
- Ensure all necessary documents are prepared appropriately and in place for each transaction.
- Verify and process PO from customers.
- Organize and prepare material for internal use/meetings.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Business Manager
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- With 1 year of working experience in sales, administrative field role is a plus
- Organized, ability to handle multitask
- Good attitude to work as a team
- Have experience using MS office, especially Excel from basics to create/analyze chart
- Comfortable with occasional Domestic/Overseas business trip
