A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The Procurement Executive is responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required by our clients. Responsibilities

The Assistant Executive will provide assistance to the Executive Director (ED) and support to the Administration Team in the day-to-day management of co11ab’s operations as directed by the ED. The support will be in multiple areas such as digital marketing, clerical duties, records maintenance, routine upkeep of non-scientific facilities, meetings and events management, and basic administrative support to co11ab’s members (start-up companies).
