Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment process including job posting and interview arrangement
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences
• Conduct new hires orientation
• Process work passes applications, renewal and cancellations
• Maintain and updating staff personal file and system
• Provide support on administrative matters
• Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required

Requirements:

• GCE O Level & Above
• Good knowledge of HR practices and legislation
• Meticulous with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
