Your Responsibilities: -

• Stay updated on the latest news in the Singapore motorcycle industry, including COE and new laws
• Analyze consumer buying behavior and market demands
• Effectively manage the introduction of new dealer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers
• Generate sales from both new and existing dealer accounts
• Communicate new company initiatives and price changes
• Handle inquiries from showroom walk-ins, web, Facebook, and telephone customers
• Provide customer assistance from walk-in to motorcycle handover, demonstrating good knowledge of motorcycles

You will need: -

• Possess a valid Class 2B/2A/2 driving license
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1year of hands-on experience in related industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee general day-to-day management & operational of the business
• Responsible for sales target and KPIs include overall cost, i.e. food cost and labour cost

• Responsible for factory workforce arrangement, scheduling and reporting shortage or excess of the workforce to Area Manager regularly
• Good knowledge about all food, able to explain clearly to team members during training
• Implement Strategies to boost staff attitude, morale and motivation
• Maintain food standard and quality control

• Salary: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: 5.5 Days (Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm; Alternate Saturday: 8:30am - 1:10pm)

Job Scope:

• Address inquiries, complaints, and requests from overseas agents/customers promptly and efficiently
• Create delivery orders and ensure accurate and proper import documentation
• Verify deliveries to ensure they reach the correct recipient and obtain proof of delivery
• Ensure all documents are accurate and in order before requesting for permit declaration
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating shipments
