• Handles full set accounts
• Prepare financial statements & management reports,
• GST submission
• Maintains timely accuracy of monthly accounting entries
• Preparation of accounts payable / receivable and issues payment, reimbursement, cheques, bank reconciliation, etc
• Verify daily cash / collection, sales reconciliation and raise invoices / sales journal
• Perform bank reconciliation, process journal entries, prepare supporting financial schedules
• Process and track invoices and payments
• Prepare fixed assets register
• Prepare management accounts and ECI, company tax computation
• Liaise with corporate secretary , accounts & tax agents
• Inventory data entry – transfer, billing, update of inventory pricing, inventory adjustment

Working Location: Tampines East

Working Hour: 9am - 5:30pm

Perform sales administrative and order management functions

Handle customer enquiries and correspondences

Provide design and administrative support in marketing materials and corporate website

Update product information to website

Handle phone calls, emails, filling and other communications

Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company

Job Description

• Manage monthly payroll, including timesheets, claims, and allowances, and handle governmental claims.
• Engage in general office administration tasks with the team.
• Collaborate with departments for recruitment, understanding job competencies, and overseeing the recruitment process.
• Proactively source talents from various channels, including outreach programs at higher tertiary institutions.
• Contribute to brand awareness through collaboration with the Marketing Department.
• Assist in implementing HR analytics to evaluate recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Handle onboarding processes, including preparing employment documents.
• Manage offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and managing work pass cancellations.
• Identify competency gaps and propose suitable training programs for departments.
• Maintain staff training records and assist in training administration, including course registration and subsidy submissions.
• Participate in employee engagement programs, organizing corporate events.
• Serve as the secretariat for ESG social initiatives, facilitating community engagement.
• Engage in general office administration tasks with the team.
• Manage employee and property insurance renewals and claims.
• Ensure proper documentation of the employee database and personnel files.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and practices
• Organized, with attention to detail and proficient with numbers
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge in Frontier eHR will be an advantage

- Timely processing of vendor invoices electronically

- Responsible for vessels payments via internet banking

- Responsible for accounting entries for vessels A/P function

- Assist in GST reporting

- Assist in month-end closing and annual audit

- Banking and Reconciliation: Handle bank transactions, reconcile bank statements

Requirements:-

Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Good interpersonal skill, independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Meticulous with strong analytical skills and able to multi-task

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
