Position : Library - Executive/Senior Executive, Library Services Division

Work hours
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.45pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.15pm
Lunch: 45min
Salary range between $3k - $3,500, depending on qualifications and relevant working experience
Responsibilities:
• Execute the running of marketing campaigns in accordance with the overall communication and marketing strategy.
• Conceptualise and manage content creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
• Implement marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Digital screens, Print, Email).
• Conduct research on academic library trends and the library’s various stakeholder groups to drive engagement.
• Execute the planning, organisation, and lead logistics for outreach events, activities and initiatives driven by the team and cross collaborative projects.
• Monitor effectiveness of campaigns, write reports and share insights with the team.
• Brainstorm, design and develop creative marketing collaterals including copy writing and editing.
• Maintain a social media presence on the most used social media platforms, enhance brand awareness and manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Participate in service or space transformation initiatives or projects.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree preferably in communication, marketing, new media or other related fields.
• Work experience in a library or educational organisation will be advantageous.
• Knowledge in managing business accounts of key social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Telegram and use the various tools and resources of each platform to study/boost followers, reach and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in writing for social media and conducting business presentation will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or any other video editing software will be advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
