Key job responsibilities

As the Executive Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the AWS Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) sales organization. The responsibility of leading executive engagement efforts is to maximize the success of interactions between senior executives from AWS and our key customers. This dynamic role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, business analysis skills, and leadership potential. THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.

You will be part of the team responsible for conceptualising, designing, executing, facilitating and managing National Education (NE) Secondary & Post-Secondary Educational Institutes programmes for the entities managed by the Defence Collective Singapore (DCS). You will also plan and provide coordination to ensure in-centre, outreach and virtual programmes run smoothly and seamlessly while aligning with DCS’s goal and objectives. This position will report directly to Head of Secondary & PSEI School Programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement National Education (NE) programmes for large scale NE Commemorative events and smaller class-based school learning journeys;
• Provide support to teams within School Programmes on key NE events;
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including delivery reports, NE surveys, visitorship analysis and review action plans;
• Work closely with Sales team to promote NE programmes to target audience;
• Liaise with vendors in procuring goods and services for programme execution; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Arts & Social Sciences (majoring in Humanities or Public Policy) / Postgraduate Diploma in Education (MOE) would be advantageous;
