Responsibilities:

• Formulation and implementation of the marketing plan across digital, offline and social platforms to drive awareness and leads generation.
• Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning through to tracking and reporting on return on investment.
• Research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.
• Strategise and create content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness (incl creating creative & copy), editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), filming of short videos
• Design promotional materials
• Day to Day management of all social accounts including engaging consumers, responding to questions or complaints, and to promoting company initiatives through socials or digital communication channels
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Articulate with good communication and presentation skills
• Possess good command of English for copywriting
• Must possess knowledge in social media advertising
• Strong understanding and passion in the social media platforms and artwork creation software like Canva, Da vinci
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication or related fields, At least 2 year of experience in marketing communications role (candidate without experience should present his or her portfolio during interview)

Job Objective/s

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the organization. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity. You will work closely with different teams and departments to implement processes and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization to achieve operational targets and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and propose innovative solutions for streamlining operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide employees in their daily tasks.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with operational objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and present them to management.

Qualification Guidelines

Minimum Education

· At least a Diploma in Operations or similar field of study.

Minimum Experience

· 3-5 years (or more) in an operations role.

Specific Knowledge / Skills

· ERP knowledge

· Good communication skills

· Well versed in using MS Office and Google Suite
