Responsibilities:

• Perform damage assessments on accident vehicles and generate repair cost estimates.
• Collaborate with insurance assessors regarding vehicle repairs and the claims process.
• Work closely with all repair shops to ensure vehicles are restored to standards and completed on schedule.
• Communicate with insurance claims representatives to ensure all necessary paperwork is finalized and processed.
• Conduct quality checks on vehicles before releasing them to customers and address any identified issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of vehicle conditions before and after repairs.
• Attend to vehicle hirers and owners, promptly addressing their feedback and concerns.
• Manage and coordinate the availability and procurement of spare parts.
• Inspect the condition of returning vehicles and ensure any necessary repairs are invoiced and/or completed.
• Ensure workplace safety adheres to the company's safety guidelines.
• Carry out any additional tasks or assignments assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in General Insurance or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Automotive Industry as an Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Experience with Audatex, Merimen and eBao systems is an advantage

Job Summary

The Strategic Account Executive (“AE”) is a pivotal role within Emplifi’s Social and Commerce sales team. This individual carries an individual quota target and is responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and exploring opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The Strategic Account Executive will have a specific focus on our largest and most strategic accounts, our key Social and Commerce product offerings, and on ensuring consistent growth and maximization of revenue.

What You’ll Do Here

New Business Development:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory or named accounts.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, research, and referrals.
• Present our digital marketing solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how our services can help meet their business objectives.

Account Management:

• Working closely with the Solution Consultant and the Customer Success Manager, the Strategic AE will foster and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Regularly review client campaigns and provide insights, optimization suggestions, and reports.

Cross-selling and Upselling:

• Recognize opportunities to offer additional or premium services to current clients.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory or named accounts.

Collaboration:

What You’ll Bring to Us

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related solutions
