Main Duties

• Assist with technical support and application issues.
• Analyze data from sequencing databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Help with system upgrades and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide after-hours support if needed.

Quality Assurance

• Maintain laboratory databases and ensure proper function.
• Keep records and documentation accurate and organized.
• Help manage and update records.

Other

• Oversee pathogen sequences and databases.
• Improve laboratory workflows and processes.
• Participate in public health functions and investigations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

General

• Follow hospital and lab policies on conduct, safety, and attendance.

Role Description
