Supervision/Training of the Retail Team

• Coach Retail Associate, Leader and Executive to constantly improve or maintain performance, give guidance when performance is below expectation.

• Event Coordination and Management: plan, organize and manage events (customer events, product launches, trainings) within the facility, working closely with the internal stakeholders. 4. Data Protection Representative

Data Protection Representative (DPR) are data privacy ambassadors within Getinge and shall assist the Global

Data Protection Officers (GDPO) with tasks relating to data privacy.

The DPR should:

• Acquire new MME customers & deepen relationships with existing customers. Promote MME loan products to these customers to meet annual targets set. Cross sell and up-sell to meet RHB SG’s overall annual targets set.
• Perform credit review to proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition & implement appropriate strategies to prevent or minimize loan default or NPL.
• Perform client servicing, so as to meet customer service standards set by the department & to achieve good customer satisfaction rating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform credit review to proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition & implement appropriate strategies to prevent or minimize loan default or NPL.
• Perform KYC CDD/EDD review to ensure profile of customers are within the Bank’s targeted segment.
• Perform client servicing, so as to meet customer service standards set by the department & to achieve good customer satisfaction rating.
• Increase facility utilization rate in current MME customers to enhance the Bank’s share of wallet
• Gather & feedback competitor banks’ new products & services with Product Team to update the team on competitors’ offerings to achievement product/service competitiveness to meet target revenue.

• Assist guests with check in and checkout, and other cashiering duties
• Efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements, handling guest feedback, provide direction and give suggestions 
• Handle guests’ mails, messages, and answering phone calls
• Maximizing room revenue by up-selling to a higher rate category and selling the highest possible rates for walk-in guests
• Provide guidance and assistance to Guest Relations Assistant
• Meet, greet and provide rooming for VIP guests
• Attend daily briefings and relevant departmental and interdepartmental meetings
• Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with at the front desk and back office area 
• Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager/Reception and Duty Manager 
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
• Ensure vigilance in regard to in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies
• Provide assistance and supervision of the Front Office areas such as Front Desk, Airline Desk, Groups, Rooms Controlling and Lobby Greeters

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in selling system solutions (for process automation) to Semiconductor/Water/Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology industries
• Knowledge in SAP Hana is an advantage
