• More than 25 years experience in operations management with a focus on accounting, cost control and human resources, preferably with construction background
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team of departmental heads
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (liaising with Tokyo HQ)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
