Key Responsibilities

Accounting Management:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of professional staff.
• Provide excellent client service and ensure deliverables timelines are met.
• Responsible for billings, fee negotiations and recovery for each client engagement.
• Review payroll, related forms as well as year-end remuneration returns for a portfolio of clients.
• Review current process flow for improvements and assist in the implementation of recommendations.
• Build strategic client relationship with existing / potential clients to generate pipeline of leads.
• Drive business development and new business growth
• Ensure compliance to SOPs and regulatory updates.

• Monitor credit control, regular review, responsible for debts collection and work with Finance to manage doubtful debts.

Requirements:

• Business Degree or diploma
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a service provider environment is required
• Experienced in leading and managing at least 3 – 5 team members
• Preferably with Prosoft and/or other payroll software experience
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel) and good knowledge of Word
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Client service oriented and able to interact with clients at ease

• Liaise with sub-contractors, HDB, Town Council, consultant and residents.
• Customer Relationship Management: Interact with residents to maintain good relationship and receive feedback from them.
• Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s inquiries. Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Center) team.
• Weekly and Monthly Report: Processing of weekly & monthly reports, preparing IDMS report to ensure day-to-day operations are running efficiently and effectively.
• Roster Management: Assign Site Supervisor to attend joint inspection.
• IDMS system (Defects Management): Update defects cases for HDB's review and create new cases for new units and manage defects feedbacks from residents.
• IDMS system (E-Appointment): Manage appointments online.
• Notice - Write notice to inform residents of any construction activities.
• Work together with Site Supervisor to generate work schedule before commencement of public facilities rectification work, such as internal driveway drainage cover, water pipe, etc.
• Generate work schedule for sub-contractors to rectify defects as soon as possible.
• Improvement work - Arrange unit improvement works for residents.
• Lift Monitoring - Report to related parties during emergency and lifts faulty, prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Guided viewing – Help residents familiar with the areas or facilities around the building.
• Understand BIT and Lock-up inspection before BSC starts.
• Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
• Any ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma or ‘A’ Level with 2 subjects passed
• Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge would be an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in a HDB BTO project
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant leases, ensuring all documentation is completed and maintained accurately.
• Act as the point of contact for tenants, addressing lease-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist the leasing department in reviewing documentation to ensure it aligns with the company’s best interests.
• Monitor tenant adherence to leasing terms and ensure compliance with agreed-upon conditions.
• Disseminate electronic communications, such as circulars, to tenants on operational matters.
• Record and maintain tenant sales data, updating the database as required.
• Manage and update the tenancy database for real-time accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as required by the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Property/Estate Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or candidates with at least 1 year of administrative experience welcomed to try.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
