RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To lead the company and create the policy.
2. To prepare annual budget, and obtain approval from headquarter in Japan.
3. To control profit/ lost, then report to the headquarter in Japan.
4. To coordinate and control all the activities in the company.
4.1. By demonstrating leadership and commitment with respect to the management system by:
· Promoting the use of the process approach and risk based thinking
· Ensuring that the resources needed for the QMS are available
· Communicating the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the QMS requirements
· Ensuring that the QMS achieves its intended results
· Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS
· Promoting continual improvement
· Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility
4.2. To demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to customer focus by ensuring:
· Customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met
· The risks and opportunities that can effect conformity of products and services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed
· The focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained
4.3. To review the organization's QMS, at planned intervals, to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness
4.4. To establish, review and maintain a quality policy that:
· Is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization.
· Provides a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives
· Includes a commitment to satisfy applicable requirements
· It should communicated and understood and be available to relevant interested parties as appropriate
4.5. Other responsibility related with ISO 9001: 2015 is described on Quality Manual.
AUTHORITIES, if any.
1. To review, analyze, revise and to alter company’s strategy and policy if required to meet the challenges.
2. To determine, to revise and to alter management system objectives.
3. To take necessary action to rectify and or to improve company’s operations to achieve the company’s objectives.
4. To enforce the implementation of the management system throughout the company’s operations.
5. To evaluate the performance the subordinate (especially Manager and or HOD), and possibly to promote and demote the employee as necessary.
6. As a Decision Maker, to discipline or give warning for the employee who do not follow the company regulation.
REQUIREMENTS
1. A degree in Business Administration, Public Relationship or International Relationship, or a related field.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
3. Strong problem-solving skills, strong in analytical skills, result oriented, adaptable, self-driven, team player, resourceful & meticulous, with a keen-eye for details and hands-on person.
4. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Japanese.
