• Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
• Manage the Info Centre
• Lead a team of assistant public relation officers
• Collate residents' choice and dissaminate to subcons
• Arrange schedule for contractors
• Handle calls/complains and follow up
• Follow up on emails, phone call and whatsapp
• Load and update HDB's system
• Schedule and attend surveys and water tests
• Visit residents' unit together with our supervisors for surveys
