Coordination & Planning

• Develop and implement import strategies and procedures

Regulatory compliance

• Ensure that all import activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, company’s Standard Operating Procedures and ISO Standards.

Logistics Management

• Oversee the transportation of goods from the point of origin to the destination
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Documentation and Record‐Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and documentation
• Ensure proper documentation is prepared for customs and regulatory agencies
• Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipment documentation

Cost management

• Develop and manage the budget for import shipping activities.
• Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and report on shipping expenses and performance
• Verification of invoices from 3PL that related to import shipment, storage & transfer activities

Problem Resolution

• Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
• To ensure promptly feedback receive from 3PL regarding any quality issue and/or shipment issue to the suppliers
• To submit claim and/or feedback quality issue and/or shipment issue to supplier
• Act as a liaison between various parties involved in the import process to resolve conflicts or issues

Team Management
