Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Processing guest check-ins and room assignments following hotel’s rate structures, discounts, sell/upsell strategies and accommodate to special requests whenever possible

To manage the daily operations of a store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the financial performance of the store against targets daily, Weekly, Bi -Weekly & Monthly basis, report to snr. management on a daily basis
• Develop and implement staff reporting & review mechanisms to track operational performance
• Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyze the sales data in coordination with the Floor manager / Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met
• Ensure adequate level of staffing in the store

As a Senior DevOps Manager, you will lead a high performing team in architecting, implementing and managing highly resilient and reliable infrastructure that powers rewards solutions for our customers around the world.
