A bit about the role:

You will be a Senior Account Manager within a fast growing regional commercial team, responsible for driving growth with our existing partners in APAC. You’ll identify and execute growth opportunities across your partner portfolio, manage churn risk  and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Review the company’s BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, including BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring, and workflow to ensure project requirements are met. Collaborate closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM-related technical challenges, and support both project and design teams with BIM implementation.
• Establish processes and workflows to ensure the efficient delivery of BIM project deliverables. Define guidelines for internal and external model exchanges among project stakeholders and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• AutoCAD Autodesk and Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module certification
• At least a Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
