Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• Min. 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement within the semiconductor or tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and components.
• Experienced with SAP system

Job Responsibilities

The person in this position will handle all back-end operation tasks relating to sales. The candidate will report to the Manager and will be responsible for the following activities.

• Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
• Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
• Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.
• Minimize Out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory.
• Work closely with supplier to ensure profitability for stock items, propose strategies to reduce costs.
• Work closely with supplier for timely delivery and expediate when necessary.
• Maintenance or update product master database.
• Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.

Job Requirements
