P2P Process Management:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve the Procure-to-Pay process.

● Configure, monitor, and maintain P2P workflows within the Odoo system.

● Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

User Training and Support:

● Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo and the P2P system.

● Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analytics:

● Create and maintain reports and dashboards for P2P performance and KPI tracking.

● Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Documentation:

● Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology.

● Proven experience in configuring and administering Odoo ERP systems for at least 3 to 5 years.

● If Odoo system experience is a challenge, prior experience in iValua and SAP system management is an added advantage.

● Incumbent must be willing to travel across SEA countries to support the implementation of the system

● Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process and best practices.

● Proficiency in programming and database management.

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

● Vendor management experience is a plus.

Overall Job Purpose

Manage and execute the tender management in alignment with procurement policies and processes, and advise business divisions on procurement strategies, processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage business divisions and translate business requirements into tender documents, manage the tendering processes from preparation, calling, tender evaluation, assist in the preparation of tender evaluation and recommendation paper, award of tender, and provide contract administration advisory for construction and non-construction (mainly Information and communications technology) related procurements.

• Provide timely advice and assistance to business divisions on all matters relating to procurement and contract management, support the team in training for internal stakeholders to enhance procurement awareness and competency.

• Provide cost estimate and post contract administration for construction related projects.

• Support the team in improving internal systems including processes and procedures for greater efficiency. Implement procurement strategies to enhance governance, results and increase operational efficiencies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract administration.

• Prior knowledge in Government Procurement and GeBIZ would be beneficial

• Resourceful and able to work independently, and within teams.

• Possess good writing and communication skill.
