We are a Japanese company dealing in secondhand luxury goods, with more than 250 stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore combined.Salary during the first 4 months of probation: S$3,000
Upon completion of probation and passing the appraisal test: S$3,700
Upon completion of probation and without passing the appraisal test: S$3,200
Climb the ranks within 1-2 years to become a store manager (performance-based): $4,700-$5,200
Promotion to upper management may be offered based on individual performance: From $6,000
Job Duties:
Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition
Build trust and develop long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to clients
Requirements:
No experience required, training will be provided.
Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers with ease
Able to speak and understand basic Japanese for internal communication with Japanese speaking colleagues.
Good communication skills and willing to learn
Willing to work on weekends
