The successful incumbent will support the Senior Manager in managing the stores' inventory and daily production in YR Bakery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, reconciliation processes, and effective inventory storage control measures.
• Plan with bakers to manage the scheduled retrieval of stocks from storage space to the Bakery production floor.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and bakers’ team to manage timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain and organize an efficient storage space to facilitate easy access and retrieval of products.
• Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with storage guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the team to address inventory-related issues and coordinate follow-up actions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and lead a team of product buyers action related on purchasing, planning, negotiating, on-time delivery of product plan.

• Conduct local vendor evaluation for all the local sourcing parts and services
• Negotiate SNP prices on high-value parts and bulk purchase parts with PDC

Job Requirements
