The Freight Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our freight invoice audit processes. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of freight billing practices and have competency in optimizing invoice audit processes. In this role, you are to maintain close collaboration with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and DFS 4PL Control Towers to ensure freight invoices are submitted in full and on a timely manner.

Claim management would be the next area that Freight Supervisor need to focus on in ensuring all claim is being followed up closely and appreciate claim metrics is being measured.

The Freight Supervisor also have responsibilities for ensuring Inbound Delivery (IBD) are available promptly and accurately to avoid delays in goods receiving process. What you'll do

Freight Invoice Audit

Job Responsibilites:

• Requisition fulfilment for raw materials, workshop tools and office supplies
• Generate purchase orders, oversea delivery schedules and maintain purchase records
• Manage suppliers, resolve discrepancies or quality issues on purchases
• Inventory management with workshop/storeman

Job Requirement:

• NTC/ Diploma preferably in Mechanical/Precision engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas/engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

• Permanent Full-time
• Salary up to $3200 + Performance Bonus
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm ; Saturday 8.30am to 3.00pm
• Location: Pandan Loop

• Keep accurate inventory records, manage product documentation and inspections, and plan cold storage and logistics.
• Update pricing and quality control records, ensure compliance with standards, and prepare for audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain correct level of stock holding to meet requirements.
• Review stock shortages and propose alternatives.
• Procurement of items and services which conform to quality/engineering specification.
• Preparation and issue of Purchase Orders for assembly parts used in production.
• Stock adjustments.
• Preparation and analysis of periodic cycle counts.
• Generating department's analytical reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education: Diploma in any discipline.
• No experience required. Training will be provided.
• Basic microsoft office skills.
• Knowledge of SAP / CRM system will be advantageous, but not a mandatory prerequisite for hire.
