Responsibilities & Duties:

• Sourcing, Quotation and price comparison
• Generate Purchase Order, tracking delivery and update orders in a timely manner
• Ensure purchase order, invoice, delivery order is attached with supporting document
• Verify supplier invoice quantity, unit rate and system data entry integrity
• Assisting on system data entries verification and maintain database
• Generate monthly report
• Manage company asset portal and Insurance
• Filing, administrative and any duties assigned by Superior

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• GCE “O”/” A” level, higher NITEC or equivalent
• Has at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Has knowledge and experience with construction industries
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Accpac Sage system will add an advantage
• Responsible and attention to details
• With initiative, responsibility and good team player
• Salary package commensurate with experience
