• Execute the secure destruction of data-storing devices, including hard drives and SSDs.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets, escalate issues, and handle blockers to sustain inventory operations in line with service agreements.
• Be prepared to work outside standard business hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in IT Support or Systems Monitoring (fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply).
• Minimum six months of experience in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and working at heights, with or without equipment assistance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Motivation to grow and learn new technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing spare parts & consumables requested by Engineers.
• Manage store supplies, and ensure sufficient stocks for daily work operations.

• Execute orders and monitor delivery status.
• Manage and source for vendors with competitive prices.
