• Liaison with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity
• Plan weekly import shipments schedule for warehouse.
• Handling day to day paperwork to ensure smooth flow of goods deliveries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• PC Literate – particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent eye for detail
• Be able to input data accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Adaptable, flexible and highly-organised team player
• Affinity with the products
• Prior experience in Shipping Coordination is a MUST
• Candidates with immediate availability are preferred

Able to coordinate and work well with Asiatic Panel's staffs.

Will be On Job Training by our own staffs.

Will provide Forklift courses if required.

Making sure the goods in and out of company is replenished in time, stock taking, maintaining cleaniness and order.
