Responsibilities:

• Support with raising of procurement requests and perform goods receipt via Authorities IT systems.
• Liaise with vendors for item availability and delivery schedule.
• Support with the processing of Request For Quotation (RFQ) to vendors.
• Educate and guide employees on the procurement policies and processes.
• Provide monthly procurement status report.
• To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on procurement matters.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and experience in SAP and Business Warehouse will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

- Follow all safety, quality, and operational protocols in the warehouse.

- Implement and sustain 5S practices throughout the facility.

- Efficiently perform warehousing tasks, including inbound and outbound activities, as well as cycle counts.

- Conduct visual inspections and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments.

- Assist the Supervisor in achieving all key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Carry out general warehousing duties, such as maintaining database accuracy, performing stocktakes, handling materials, and managing documentation.

- Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and help implement them.

- Continuously strive to enhance performance efficiency.

- Lift items weighing approximately 15-20 kg as needed.

- Coordinate with external parties when required.

- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Must be capable of lifting heavy objects and meeting job demands.

- Proficient in computer use, with experience in Warehouse Management Systems preferred.

- A forklift and/or reach truck license is advantageous.

We are looking for an Operations Manager (Sales and Procurement) who will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational capabilities. This individual will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies and procurement processes to drive efficiency and support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales and procurement efforts of the organization
• Manage sales team to identify and pursue and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Liaison works and negotations with stakeholders such as factories, suppliers, foreign buyers etc.
  Assist with general invoicing and quotation works
• Assist with management of team of workers in efforts to do waste collection, distribution, allocation, shipping and managing factory equipment
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across sales and procurement functions
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs
• Ensure all operations adhere to relevant environmental regulations and industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, with a focus on sales and procurement within the waste management or recycling industry
• Possess knowledge, experience or existing network to export processed waste materials
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and sustainability practices in waste management
