Overseeing Facility Management and day-to-day work of the iFM contractors to ensure the readiness and cleanliness of the facilities within the premises.

• Ensure all regulatory licensing (e.g. lift operating permit, fire certificate etc.) are submitted and renewed in a timely manner.

• Carry out routine inspection to look out for building defects and mechanical & electrical faults. Coordinate or administer works to ensure all faults and defects are attended to and rectified. • Working closely with appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to manage all fire safety matters of premises. Attend to all fire alarm activations, identifying the cause with follow up reporting on a timely manner.
