RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Manager/Manager, Fundraising is responsible for developing and implementing innovative community engagement platforms and fundraising channels. He/she will contribute to bringing a philanthropic spirit to the local community, focusing particularly on the public with the aim of developing a stronger commitment towards charity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative and innovative fundraising strategies to secure funding.
• Research, cultivate and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships and approach trusts, government agencies and other bodies that could potentially make grants to the organization.

RESPONSBILITIES:

• Lead Sales (Wholesale, Retail & eCommerce) teams and Marketing team in Singapore and set directions for regional sales offices to grow the business for ASEAN region.
• Develop strategic business plan for ASEAN Timepiece business based on HQ directives and ensure that the Company’s sales and profitability objectives are met.
• Set key business performance indicators for sales team and business partners.
• Work closely with local and regional countries’ sales managers and monitor the progress to ensure that plans are properly executed.
• Analyst market conditions and explore new business partnering opportunities to grow the Timepiece business in ASEAN region.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant work experiences in Japanese MNCs, with 5-8 years in a senior managerial position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, effective business advisor to Management.
• Good business acumen and related sales management experience of FMCG Electronics products.
• Strong planning and project management skills.

The Hotel Manager is responsible in managing all aspects of the Hotel Operation including Food and Beverage, Rooms, Culinary, Security, Engineering, Spa and Raffles Boutique whilst working along with other administrative Executive Committee (ExCo) peers and to ensure the delivery of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s experience throughout the entire guest journey meanwhile ensuring optimisation of forecast and budget as well as developing managers and colleagues.

• To take full accountability for all partnerships and contracts secured by you that fall within your market across all genres. Our client is a leading European ship owner with one of the largest fleet in the world. This position is newly created in their group HQ based in Singapore and will be reporting to the Group Financial controller.

Main Responsibilities

• Learn lines, songs and/or dances
• Research the play/character
• Attend all rehearsals scheduled
• Attend costume fittings
• Take direction from the Director and/or Choreographer
• Work with other Performers
• Attend technical and dress rehearsals
• Perform the show to an audience
• Use props and costumes during the performance
• Perform other duties laid out in the job description depending on the kind of show
