WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage our API integrated partners and support key workflows to ensure smooth business operations
- Deepen relations with our key connectivity partners to grow each account, including optimising our supply conditions (e.g. Commissions / Availability / Content)
- Ensure stable API performance (e.g. accurate Availability / Pricing / Content etc) and work with various stakeholders to troubleshoot & resolve any issues that arise promptly
- Monitor escalations raised by internal teams (Market Development / Community Ops / Tech) & liaise with internal/external stakeholders to find a resolution
- Project manage new connectivity partner launches & ensure that all stakeholders’ requirements are met
- Support Finance team with periodic financial reconciliation of accounts & sales forecasting
WHAT EXPERTISE YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- 4+ years experience in working with API partners as an Technical Account Management / Sales / Business Development, ideally in an OTA
- Stakeholder management skills - you enjoy working with cross functional teams in order to drive business objectives
- Excellent communication - you are an effective communicator who is able to influence stakeholders across all levels through the use of data and story-telling
- Problem solving skills - you enjoy troubleshooting complex issues & finding creative solutions
- Strong Negotiation skills - you’re able to score win-win deals & ensure the best commercial/operational arrangements for Pelago & its customers
- Proactive & Independent - you should thrive in being given freedom to explore & ultimately delivering results that help improve the business
