1. Preparation, execution and review of computer system validation protocols and reports.

Education and Experience

Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent.

A minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Experience in electronic validation system, QMS, ERP system, SCADA, is preferred.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Explorer.

Main responsibilities:

- Performs a three-way reconciliation on the invoices received from suppliers, the GRN from the vessels and the order from the vessels

- The outcome of this task will result in a request for payment from the management companies

The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for HR Operations activities from Hire to Retire for Singapore Vernova Plant.

Job Description

• Will be responsible for the smooth closure of day-to-day operations like service request, face to face employee concerns / employee communications etc
• Will be responsible for planning and calendarizing the weekly / monthly Induction for all new hires in the Singapore Vernova Plant.
• Preparing for Employee Day 1 including activities like but not limited to Induction including Introduction of channel for raising the service request, Closure of Hard Copy P-File as per the country norms, Sharing Key Benefits, Policies of Singapore etc.
• Will be responsible to ensure that monthly payroll register is signed off to avoid any misses – validation of HC, exits, any monthly inputs submitted by HR Ops team member.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The QEHS Specialist support the Singapore team and assist in all EHS related compliance and performance of TES Singapore sites, which includes emergency response (drills and TTX), incident investigation and IH monitoring. Also, includes all Environmental related matters, global EHS procedures & programs and overall lead for all EHSQMS / R2 audits, 3rd party certifications and customer audits as well as supporting Group EHS reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any Engineering discipline and registered WSHO and FSM.
