Detailed Job Responsibilities

The Specialist has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and actions. Person will be responsible for following (but not limited to) responsibilities in day-to-day work:

As the Specialist of the team, he/she:

• act as the last level of escalation for the team members
• own Incident, Problem and change management process for the team
• assigns technical tasks and manages delegation
• animates the team to encourage collaboration and sharing of practices

As the Specialist of his/her scope of activity, he/she:

• is actively involved in incident management (fault investigation, resolution escalations of all monitoring alerts and user initiated problem calls/tickets) and request management

• gathering required evidence using multiple forensic tools to investigate any data leak incident, conducting interrogation if required, case closure and reporting
• ensures documentation is up to date and relevant for use

• responsible to drive and deliver root cause for any high severity issues
• Focus on automation and optimum use of the team to improve efficiency
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.

Work Schedule

• Work schedule is mainly focused to support Asia and EMEA (Paris) time zone; however, may have to support during non-offce hours for critical incidents or escalation as per the assigned on-call support requirements;
• Rotational Shift schedule is followed;
• Work Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM SGT (with 1 week of General shift 9 AM – 6 PM SGT).

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

• 8 - 10 years of IT Security experience in administration and management of IT Security technologies primarily Symantec Data Loss Prevention, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Email Security, Data Classification and other endpoint & data security solutions;
• Should be a bachelors/masters/engineering graduate or equivalent technical degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
• Knowledge of different domains of IT Security;
• Working & hands-on experience in administering the IT Security Solutions;
• Must have experience in working in similar Production setup in Run (Operations) mode;
• Ability to apply risk based approach while working on assigned responsibilities;
• Experience in defining, implementing, and enforcing enterprise-level IT security policies for endpoint and data security solutions;

Data Security Services team in Singapore is responsible for day-to-day operational services on the infrastructure of Europe (mainly France and UK) and Asia remotely from Singapore. Responsibilities

Vulnerability Management Specialist is an individual role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for owning the Vulnerability Management. The individual is supported by platform teams for remediation actions.

The position is pivotal for driving the process with various cross-functional (transverse) IT teams.

Person will be responsible for following (but not limited to) responsibilities in day-to-day work:

• Preparing the Vulnerability Management Plan and the executes plan through all the phases of Vulnerability Management Lifecycle.
• Ensures that the Vulnerability scans are scheduled, configured in tool and are executed as per the schedule. Any failure of scans is to be investigated and schedule to re-run;
• Conducts periodical discovery of IT Assets and ensures that identified assets are highlighted to CMDB owner for appropriate Asset tagging and also onboards the new asset in Vulnerability Management tool;
• Assess the identified vulnerabilities and study & understand the risk profile, impact as per environmental context;
• Participate and coordinate the discussions with Infrastructure and Application teams and advise them the relevance of vulnerability and help them understand the impact;
• Understand the false positives reported and the technical limitations of the environment and facilitate the process of Risk Acceptance.

- Person will be responsible to liaise with various stakeholders for proposing and maintaining the approvals for such cases;

• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams- Windows, Unix, Networks etc. for the remediation of the identified vulnerabilities.
• Maintain the Vulnerability Dashboard for the scope and submits reports both of Technical teams and Management Reporting;
• Organize work in order to achieve compliance to established KPIs for Vulnerability Management and proactively work towards achieving the same. Maintain periodical reporting on the progress;
• Escalate- discuss and consult- as required to next levels and Management in timely manner;
• Provide Specialist level for the Vulnerability Management service;
• Lead the Penetration testing remediation planning with cross functional teams;
• Conduct new threat exposure scanning across the asset scope and advise the applicability and lead remediation exercises with cross functional teams;
• Participate in meetings with various stake holders as per the schedules;
• Liaise with different teams in different geographical zones;
• Propose, plan and execute Service improvements initiatives;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

iNCREDi BOWL is looking for Operations Specialist whose responsibilities include

- Planning quarterly, monthly, weekly work schedule that aligns with the group goals and ensures smooth operations

- Hands on approach in ensuring prompt delegation of resources among outlets

- Daily interaction with outlet managers and kitchen heads to plan and supply all items in the menu fromt the central kitchen (one of the outlets)

- Ensuring timely supply of ingredients to respective outlets by creating supplies order channels and assigning the responsbilities to outlet staff

- Assess sales data and liaise with marketing incharge to boost cash cows and push slow moving yet potential items in the menu

- Prepare monthly & quarterly data to identify slow moving items in the menu so as to declutter the work flow in the kitchen and hence, removing cash flow blockers

- Daily surprise checks in a) outlet kitchens to ensure SFA standards are maintained and b) service area to maintain and improve cleanliness and customer experience that the brand aspires to project as a health food chain

Requirements:

1. Pleasant personality and well versed in English (written and oral) compulsory

2. Minimum of 6 years experience in Food & Beverage sector which includes atleast 3 years experience as supervisor

3. People and process management skills. Highly critical that individual is organised in his/her approach to work

4. Willingness to take on additional responsiblity and work in high pressure environment

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Export Warehouse and Transport Operations
• Responsible for monitoring the build-up of Airline pallets & Loose Lodge-in to terminal
• To ensure that all pallet dollies and unit load devices are received/returned on time from/to SATS/DNATA terminals
• To supervise the packing and repacking of cargo whenever required and to ensure that all export shipments and documents are transferred on time
• To liaise closely with export/import CS/Ops and PCM department's staff to void any off-loading/ collection issues
• To raise an irregularity report if cargo is found damaged in the warehouse and to answer to all calls to the Duty Manager mobile telephone without fail
• Maintain effective control of contractors to ensure compliance with operating procedures
• Monitor the performance of suppliers/vendors/contractors and report any service failure to the relevant parties
• To co-ordinate with Terminal (GHA) on Operational issues as and when being informed by Terminal Officer
• Attend to loading & unloading of shipments into C-Safe and Environtainer for perishable shipments at Customer's premise and ensure timely lodge-in of the shipments to terminal
• Attend unloading of Odd Size cargo, i.e. Capital Equipment and Aircraft Engine at terminal
• Undertakes tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company as and when deemed appropriate

Requirements

• Diploma
• 2-4 years of relevant logistics experience. Experience in freight/ warehousing will be preferred
• Afternoon shift, 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday 1200h to 2100h; Alternate Saturday 1500h to 2100h; Sunday/PH 0900h to 2100h). If required to replace as backup, work hours 0830h to 1730h/ 2300h to 0800h.
• Rostered work days and shift allowances are provided.
• Location will be at Alps Avenue
