Following our growth in Asia, we are growing our Risk and Regulatory Compliance team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Support team and managers in Risk and Regulatory Compliance projects and Advisory Work:

• Undertake various client engagements and ensure consistent delivery of superior client service; this includes leading and assuming responsibility for high quality deliverables while respecting established time-frames and budgets.

• Participate in the delivery of regulatory consulting projects including AML, KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, FATCA etc.

• Support projects in reviewing and developing compliance frameworks, policies and procedures to address regulatory changes or remediate identified weaknesses

• Work with clients and stakeholders on regulatory requirements

• Develop and distribute articles on emerging regulatory topics Qualifications

• Strong academic background (e.g. Accountancy, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering)

• Prior experience in Regulatory Compliance or Compliance Risk Management

• Corporate Banking experience will be advantageous

• Familiar with Singapore financial regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining quality control across all warehouse department operations, including tasks such as receiving, tallying, racking, picking, and loading.
• Collaborate in updating, revising, and developing comprehensive work instructions for the warehouse department, aiming to clarify operational procedures.
• Deliver educational and training sessions for warehouse staff, fostering skill enhancement and professional development.
• Gather valuable suggestions for implementing Kaizen principles, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Perform weekly internal quality assurance (IQA) activities for the warehouse department in accordance with customer requirements.
• Participate in customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Efficiently manage and provide support for team administration responsibilities and document control.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by managers on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering and QMS related field with min 2 years of relevant experience
• Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
• Good knowledge in ISO related management systems
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Working location: Tuas (**Shuttle service is provided from/to Tuas West Road MRT**)

• Represent customer on quality, safety, and accountability
• Communicate timely information to SCM and QA
• Manage complaints, report root cause, and follow-up
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow practices
• Lead continuous quality improvement with suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in quality related field with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior working experience in food packaging industry.
