JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable & accounts payable and preparing financial reports
• Handle full set of Accounts including Account Payable & Account Receivable, General Ledger Reconciliation and preparing financial reports
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation
• Generate Inventory Reports (if any) and Reconciliation
• Preparation and submission of Quarterly GST reports to IRAS
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in full set of accounts
