• Maintain vendor accounts, including accurate contact information and payment terms
• Resolve issues or discrepancies with vendors regarding invoices and payments
• Verify receipts and approvals before reimbursement.
• Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and vendor invoices to ensure consistency.
• Support internal and external audit processes related to payables transactions and inventory
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and receiving, to streamline processes and improve communication.
• Involve in the implementation of ERP and POS Project
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in accounting or equivalent fields with minimum 2 years of Account Payables experience
• Experience in handling large volume of transactions, preferably in F&B, Retail, E-Commerce Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good team player with positive attitude and able to work multi-tasks.
• Ability to work independently and able to meet deadline for closing

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts – AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Perform sales reconciliation.
• Follow up with vendors for SOA for completeness of purchases.
• Prepare payment schedules and process payment in bank portal.
• Review petty cash claims and vendor invoices, follow up with the relevant party for supporting documents/ approvals.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts and other reports required by Group.
• Responsible for quarterly GST returns.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting-related tasks.
• Handle finance administrative works (eg. Bank documents, corporate grants application and etc)
• Perform any other accounting and administrative/HR duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Possess minimum of 1 year of Full-Set Accounting experience in F&B industry
• Ability to identify and correct discrepancies in records.
• Keep records and files organized for easy retrieval.
• Well-organized, meticulous and attentive to details.
• Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.
• Good team player with positive work attitude as well as able to work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
