Requirements:

As a Private Client Sales Director (APAC), you are responsible for generating new business and revenue across the South East Asia market working closely with the Service Line Head, client-facing teams, and the broader sales team. The core objective is to identify, develop and implement business development initiatives and campaigns to introduce new clients and cross/up-sell to our current client base.

The successful candidate is a self-starter with a mature and established intermediary network as well as direct client relationships with potential new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

Business Development Activities

• Develop and manage Private Client intermediary and third-party services provider relationships to increase referrals
• Identify and target attractive Private Client markets and client segments in APAC buying hubs, focusing on long-term client relationships and profitable revenue generation
• Advice on strategic initiatives including product development and acquisitions, as required

Business Development Targets and Pipeline Management

• Achieve and exceed personal BD targets
• Manage opportunities from inception through the sales cycle to onboarding
• Maintain BD pipeline information, call reports, proposal templates, service/fee proposals, and related financial analysis
• Ensure that the Salesforce CRM system is updated with all contact and activity data.

Market Profile

Build the company's market position to generate quality sales leads via:

• Attendance and participation at industry events
• Host company events
• Thought leadership articles, press releases, client newsletters etc.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level, with a relevant professional qualification;

• At least five years’ proven business development experience in professional services, with a minimum of three years in a Private Client based role
• Mandarin speaker preferred but not essential
• STEP qualification is preferred
• Proven experience developing relationships at Managing Directors/senior management levels
• An understanding of the onshore and offshore administration market and services is preferred
• Highly computer literate (with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Experience in working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To cultivate good Work, Safety & Health environment at workshop.
• To ensure quality repairs for all service and repair works meet the service standards from the Factory.
• To monitor / update Asst Manager (AM) daily WIP cars status under technical support to meet agreed customer deadline / reduce the downtime.
• To feedback and follow up technical issues with Technical, Reception, Workshop & Factory to resolve it expeditiously.
• To support Workshop Executive to counsel workshop staffs on poor technical performance to maintain workshop technical competencies.
• To keep records and accountable for all equipment and special tools are well maintained.
• To conduct meeting with Workshop Executive daily on quality performance, workshop loading capacity planning and operational issues.
• Support service reception for technical advice and conduct upfront diagnostic/test drive with customers.
• Monitor Come-back-job (CBJ) and FRFT survey result closely.
• Recommends continuous areas of improvement on implementation of preventive and corrective actions/methods.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment and help to look after the welfare and interest of the workshop staff.
• Assist in other company's requirement when directed and to work within the authority of a Technical Executive. Perform work with due diligence on other projects and tasks assign.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in automotive trade service / repair, with 1 year in supervision position, Technical Reporting & EV Repair are preferred
• NTC 2 in Automotive Technology (light Vehicle) or higher educational level
• Experience in basic product training
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good management and supervisory skills
