Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Grassroots & Women’s Football (or any other assigned Supervisor), the Executive, Grassroots & Women’s Football will provide administrative and operational support as part of football development initiatives of programmes and activities conducted by the Grassroots & Women’s Football Department as follows:

Duties & Responsibilities

· Administration of National Teams U-16, U-19 and “A” teams and Girl’s National Development Centres (NDC) – which includes correspondence to schools and employers, updating of players’ documents, travel arrangements, entry visa procedures, insurance, attendance records, allowances claims, registration of players and officials on AFCAS or other Confederations/Federations as necessary.

· Provide operational support to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all related activities, processes, and procedures in the key areas for compliance and transparency are adhered to.

· Handles administrative support in the efficient management of activities, programmes, events and other initiatives in the key areas of Grassroots & Women’s Football

· Handles the department’s procurement of equipment, apparel and other items to ensure the smooth delivery of Grassroots & Women’s Football development programmes.

· Assist the department in preparing reports for various events such as FAS Congress, FAS Women’s Football Committee meetings, AFC and FIFA women’s football reports, etc

· Coordinate with all FAS technical departments, including Women's Football, National Teams, Grassroots, and Coach Education, to ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration and communication.

· Any other duties as assigned by the FAS Technical Director or the General Secretary.

Job Description:

You will be responsible the preparation of the Company’s financial and management reports including balance sheet schedules, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cash flow management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, budget, forecast, cash flow, balance sheet schedules, etc.,

- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast by working closely with Business Units and Department Heads.

- Manage cash flow tightly and ensure loan covenants are complied

- Ensure compliance of internal controls in safeguarding the assets of the Company.

- Ensure compliance of all statutory and tax requirements by liaising with various parties such as auditors, tax agents, government authorities, etc.

- Ensure timely billing of invoices to customers and input into the system. Follow up with customers on the collection and prepare weekly accounts receivable report on collections.

- Verify suppliers’ invoices and ensure that they are approved by Department Heads.

- Ensure timely preparation of payment to suppliers according to the payment cycle

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reports and any other adhoc assignments assigned

- Any ad-hoc related matters as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification

- Self-motivated, details oriented and committed to meet deadlines

- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

- Team player and has a high degree of independence and initiative

- Analytical with good problem solving and communication skills

- High level of proficiency in Excel

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage

Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Senior Executive, Operations Planner will be responsible for managing the approval process for flexibags and ensuring that all stowage planning is properly managed. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all shipping operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve requests for flexibags shipments
• Develop and implement processes for the efficient and effective management of flexibags approvals
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the proper stowage and handling of flexibags
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Develop and manage the shipping operations budget, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring of expenses related to flexibags
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across our shipping operations
• Ensure that our teams are trained, motivated, and equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic and evolving shipping industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to maintain readiness to respond to emergencies as needed
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions regarding stowage planning
• Act as the point of contact for stowage planning with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular reports to the Manager, Operations and other stakeholders regarding shipping operations and performance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Operations

Requirements:

• Diploma from recognized institution with Maritime/Shipping related field
• 4 years of experience in shipping operations or a related field
• Knowledge of shipping operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, and logistics would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret operational data to make informed decisions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team when necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Administers and processes payroll according to internal procedures.
• Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely; ensures proper calculation of taxes and deductions.
• Provides customer support to the sites including any off-cycle or replacement payments needed.
• Reviews the information prepared for general ledger entries and other accounting and financial reporting activities associated with payroll.
• Participates in the review and preparation of data necessary for the filing of payroll related tax returns and miscellaneous withholding forms.
• Completes year end process including year end adjustments, year end tax statements and review of year end tax filing information.
• Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll related inquiries.
• Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives; supports the development and maintenance of payroll process documentation.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls on payroll systems and compliance with tax and other payroll related legislation.
