Role

The Senior Creative Services Executive oversees the day-to-day facilitation of creative services, such as resource allocation, capacity & capability management and overall creative operations. He/she project manage the process of creative development, ensure that work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality and within budget.

As the Senior Creative Services Executive, you’ll be working closely with Creative department as well as Brand Management team to facilitate the allocation of resources and management of timelines. You will also be required to contribute to the continuous optimization of creative operations, delivering efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Processes

• Work with the Creative Services team to consistently improve the creative operations processes.
• Partner and educate internal teams on all matters pertaining to effective project management of creative development and escalate any challenges to the Operations Director.
• Own the day to day project management of assigned projects.
• Lead the production/producing of all project deliverables.

Resource and Project Planning

• Resource management
• Efficiently allocate resources based on capability & capacity approach
