We are one of the leading independent manufacturers of building chemical products in Europe based in Germany. We are expanding our operations in Singapore and are looking for Product Executive Engineer to join the team.

Main Duties:

• The key point of contact for customers: answering queries, offering product advice and application solutions as well as compilation and analysis of competitions. Duty includes various aspects of performance optimisation of product from development to sales return

Task & Responsibilities

• Prepares product reports by collecting and analysing competition products and market information.
• Provide technical support and product solutions to customers and attending to technical issues on site.
• Organise and lead product demo and trial mix for both lab and plant trials.
• Prepare technical data and technical reports.
• To conduct training/workshop for customers and understand their problems and identify solutions through the effective use of our products.
• Conduct product presentation to customers.
• Concrete design mix and admixture development and adjustment to meet customer’s requirement.
• Ensure the concrete lab is well maintained at all time. Ensure laboratory materials, tools, equipment and other assets are properly used and kept.
• Provide guidance support and oversight to product QC / QA protocol for Production plant.
• Key contact person with all testing lab and ensure all test reports are up to date.
• Developing product ideas based on customer interests, budgets and market research
• Analysing market and industry product trends
• Any other new tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 5 Years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Civil Engineering Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must possess at least a ITE/Engineering in Diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering will be an added advantage
• Excellent teamwork player
• Valid Class 3 driving License

Frame Sales Executive

Location: Henderson Road (Redhill)

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days

Working hours: Monday-Friday: 830am-600pm

Salary Range: $2,500 - $2,800

Transport allowance: $1,300

Mobile phone allowance: $100

Job Scope

-Sales visit to customers / retailers

-Communicate with customers / retailers

-Process orders for customers / retailers

-Handle customers' enquiries & complaints

-Collect payment from customers / retailers

-Report market condition to General Manager

This supporting role, acting as a Human Resource Business Partner, is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects within the HR function, providing support as the “first-to-go-to-person” on HR/Admin related services

Brief Functions

• Link between HR and retail boutiques
• Advise and support managers on HR issues
• Work closely with boutique management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Provide support in establishing all compliance policies and framework
• Provide support in Learning and Development
• Provide support in Performance Management System
• Assist in administering employee life cycle needs
• Provide support in other HR & Admin functions
• Any other matter as requested by the Manager

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience

Qualification

Degree in HR Management or equivalent

Pre-requisites

• Conversant in English, both spoken & written
• Conversant with Singapore legislation e.g. Employment Act
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Must have the “Can do!” attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate/communicate with internal/external customers (clients/DC/Global partners/AM) on inbound, outbound, escalation, resolutions, operational activities, reports deliverable & data inputs.
• Act as a control tower for shipment within APAC regions. Provide up-to-date statuses to the clients and share with the client on challenges face for the shipments as well as to provide alternatives solutions for shipments to be delivered on time at destinations.
• Collaborate with Planner Procurement team, Operations, logistics, Distribution team on raw-mat inventory review & replenishment activities.
• Maintain SAP Material Master for new launch & support Bills Of Material (BOM) creation undertakings. Supports UAT.
• Trigger & participate Project Improvement (BPI) till implementation.
• Demonstrate good and positive attitude towards each team member with good practices of flexibility.
• Provide guideline, mentoring & solutions to the team members. Build up Back-up plan within the team to ensure business continuity within the team or extended team within the same sections.
• Support Month-end/Quarter-end/new launch for varies region; with SDS support.
• Support Accounts Business processes, backup at least 1 other process & ensure Working Instructions updated.

Requirements:

• Commitment to customer service with Freight Management Background, Importation and Exportation within ASIA pacific
• Some industry knowledge required.
• Excellent problem resolution skills including influencing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge on using Microsoft Office products.
• Able to work off-hours to facilitate global engagement.

Jobscope:

• Planning and organizing daily warehouse activities such as receiving, put away, order picking,
  proper data recording and document retention.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of warehouse space, pallet racking and resources such as
  forklifts/reach trucks.
• Conduct & reconcile weekly cycle counts, ensure accuracy of WMS system transactions of finished
  goods, raw materials & packaging items.
• Manage inventory disposals of damaged, excess and obsolescence products according to local
  chemical regulations.
• Overseeing staff performance, provide training and support, identify development needs, and
  manage relationships between shopfloor team and management to drive any changes for improvement.
• Coordinating with 3PL service providers, internal stakeholders such as production, quality,
  planning & customer service to ensure a smooth order management experience.
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports related to warehouse such as inventory & picking
  accuracy, space utilization, on-time receiving & resources utilization.
• Ensure compliance to all warehouse procedures, 5S, safety and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Basic knowledge of handling chemical products.
• Possess a valid forklift & reach truck license.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
• Experienced in inventory system like WMS or SAP would be advantageous.
