As a member of our Client Service Team, you will be the professional and client-centric voice of Experian Credit Services Singapore, addressing enquiries, feedback, and disputes about our products and services through all communication channels (Emails, Calls and In-person). You will provide solutions in ways that best meet our customers’ requirements in accordance with our organization’s best practices and deliver best-in-class service experience to our customers. Areas of work include Customer Care Support, Disputes Management and Lead Qualification.

We are looking for a self-driven, accountable, assertive team-player with a can-do-attitude and relevant experience in Customer Service to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate must have worked in MNC / financial institutions and has demonstrated track records to overcome the complexities of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

What you’ll need to bring to the party

What you’ll be doing

• Establish and maintain thorough knowledge of company’s products, processes, and systems.
• Provide best-in-class service experience to customers through effective handling of all enquiries, feedback, and disputes in a timely and professional manner within committed service-level-agreement (SLA) via Emails, Calls and In-person.
• Understand customer requirements, qualify, and generate leads or provide direct product recommendations, through prompt and effective communication and collaboration with different cross functional teams.
• Achieve or exceed hard targets and objectives (e.g: Service Quality Rating).
• Provide support in system upgrade, product launches or Business Continuity Plan (BCP) which may take place during non-operational hours/days, as required.
• Assume any report or task assigned that are relevant to customer service.

Office-based with adherence to Heightened Security Area (HSA) measures where access to mobile phone and all other recording devices in restricted office working zone is not allowed.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate administrative tasks in the office, help with the upkeep of the office facilities and be on top of the office inventory. They should be comfortable coordinating flight and hotel bookings for the team. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including the reception area, meeting rooms, pantry and overall office environment
• Purchase and maintain inventory of office & pantry supplies and equipment and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers
• Coordination of flight and hotel bookings for the team
• Onboarding/Offboarding Process for Office-related matters
• General office administration duties including reception, building access and telephone and courier/mail duties
• Usher visitors, serve refreshments and inform relevant staff of their arrival
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary
• Administrative support for the finance team, including but not limited to preparation of bank and other corporate documents, arranging for document signing, sorting and filing of documents

Job Description

Internal Audit Coordination and Support (90%)

• Gather data and information required for the planning of each audit assignment.
• Perform audit work in accordance with (but not limited to) the audit program within the timeline and budget assigned.
• Carry out preliminary planning, establish direction for audits and perform risk-based audits, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of systems of internal controls of the Group businesses,
• Design and regularly review internal audit plans and programmes, ensuring the audits address relevant areas of identified risks.
• Agree and monitor all audit action plans with internal stakeholders to implement all audit recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and provide progress report to Management.
• Possessing useful professional experience in IT general controls and data analytics to complement internal controls and risk experience would be an added advantage.
• Provide advice and training (where necessary) to THKMC staff on internal control procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc or special reviews which include investigations.

General (10%)

• Perform any adhoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good degree in Accounting with minimum 4 years of audit/risk management experiences in Big 4 accounting firms and/or internal audit of MNCs.
• Exposure to risk management, IT audits, data analytics would be an added advantage.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Good knowledge of PDPA, Workplace Safety & Health legislation and other relevant regulations relating to Compliance would be a bonus.
• Meticulous, analytical with strong logical thinking skills.

• Strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills with an innovative mindset, with ability to assess and evaluate risks.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting functions, including accounts payable, expense analysis, and reporting. • AP functions – Process AP invoices, payments and month end related journals, payroll journals & provision for bonus

• Quarterly GST reporting
• Balance sheet and audit schedules
• Expenses analysis and commentaries

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• ACCA qualifications (partial)
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Handling of partial or full sets of accounts
• Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations preferred

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

SDLC and Runtime (SDLCR) focuses on delivering engineer-first, scalable platforms for job scheduling, Compute-as-a-Service, file transfer, firmwide software distribution and software development. This includes the CI/CD ecosystems, based around the GitLab and proprietary platforms.

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a suite of products that provides end-to-end build and deploy tooling for Engineers in the firm. It provides a modern, secure and highly available plant that facilitates source control, code review, build, test and production activation.

The primary customer base for the SDLCR tools are Engineers within Goldman Sachs. Key customers are the Global Banking & Markets as well as the Asset & Wealth Management and the Platform Solutions group.

You will be working at the heart of the developer experience, ensuring the code that is written by thousands of GS engineers is versioned securely, reviewed expertly, compiles fast, tests comprehensively and is distributed widely. You will deliver CI/CD solutions that support cloud native development. You could be working with cutting edge build technology from AWS & Google, or the latest cloud technology in one of more backend languages including Java, Golang, and Python.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical ownership of proprietary in-house built CI tooling for GS developers.
• Design and develop features and improvements to CI tools
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering to maintain and improve the functions and quality of service
• Ensure that CI products are secure, tested, and that meets or exceeds industry standard performance and availability
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
• Diagnose and solve technical problems, both within the core GitLab environment, and the associated GS technical eco-system

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WHEN YOU JOIN US

• Cloud native architectures in AWS.
• Experience with large scale build systems and deployment paradigms
• Expertise in commercial / open source build systems (Gradle / Bazel / Make) and strong knowledge of software change management systems
• Experience of DevOps, SRE, infrastructure (storage / networks / etc.)
• Design and implement mid to large scale distributed systems
• Partner with and provide technical guidance on best practices to the GS engineering community, revenue aligned Engineering teams, and operations teams

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• VP: Min. 8 years of relevant industry experience respectively
• Ability to use and familiarity with GitLab
• Professional experience with Cloud deployment patterns. Specifically AWS cloud constructs, as well as Terraform
• General knowledge of multiple languages, and in-depth strong programming skills of at least one of: Golang, Erlang, Java, Python, C, C++, Java
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with all stages in the lifecycle of developing and running large distributed systems
• Experience with diagnosis, prevention and management of performance, availability and scale of mid- to large-sized systems
• Passionate about the software development process and facilitating high frequency / high quality change across a vibrant and diverse user community
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
